Illinois River District of The United Methodist Church

Seeking prayer for my current situation. Am on unpaid medical leave from my job and am trying to obtain at least a part-time local job so I can help my college student (daughter) with living expenses, food, etc. Due to slight technicalities of our small incomes together, we cannot qualify for help for even just food stamps. I've been trying to go to the food pantry; but because of having trouble with my sciatic nerve and arthritis, I have been unsuccessful getting everywhere by bus. Just would like prayer for the Lords' strength and guidance in all of this.

I'm thankful for the Lords' help during my whole life and understand that he can help me thru all of this; but I also must have faith in him.
